The Editing of My Pictue

My picture editing went quite as planned. Even though I had not the whole class to do it it was quite good. I did everything as planned and it all worked out quite well. AS I planned i downloaded the picture and i edited it in Photoshop 6. I made it in color and 5x7. I also edited it so that the picture had right balance, contrast, and brightness. Then I saved the picture. This took me the whole class so in the end i did it to plan. Next in queue is to make the plan fit with the picture. THat what the next Blog Post is going to be about.

My Template

The template I chose is number one. The template is a big watermark in the middle of a hand. Then there will be the poem in the middle and one picture 5x7 on the bottom. The picture will be in color. I will also edit the picture. My design is on normal paper size. I really like this design because it shows the hand and how important the hand is. It shows the hand many times and big. This shows that the hand is fundamental and very important in our every day lives. Since i showed the hand so big it showed that the hand is very important to me. This design expresses the importance of the hand for me the best way because the hand is depicted in many ways in the poem the watermark and the image. This amount of images and the size and the poem and the way they are placed show that the hand is important to me every minute.

Planning!!!

Taking the Picture

On February 15th I will come to class ready to take my picture. I will ask Miss Chebly for a camera and I will then go to the butterfly garden. I will go to the butterfly garden and make my picture with the background of the mountains and the city. Then I will take about 10 pictures until I like one a lot. I will take it and download it to my Home directory and then I will send it to myself so I can work on it at home.

Choosing a Picture and Editing It

The 19th I will come to class and open the picture (from my thumb drive) into Photoshop. I will then edit it to my liking but according to the design cycle. For this class I will need my favorite photo. I will ask Miss Chebly (after asking her to check my picture) to print it and to make it my asked size. I will get ready for my poem which I will write next class.

Writing the Text

I will then in the next tech (21st) class, write a poem or a text about my favorite body part according to my design (#1). I will write my poem and ask a classmate who is done or Miss Chebly to check it. I will put it in my paper with my picture (according to my design). I will then get ready with Photoshop to edit my final product.

Editing My design in Photoshop

On February 25th I will finish up my design with the picture, the writing and everything else included in the design I chose. I will use Photoshop 6 to do this. I will also ask Miss Chebly or any other classmate that is done to check my work and final project to be printed the next class.

Printing

I will the next day (the 27th) finish up the project by printing it in laminated paper with Miss Chebly. This final product will be in color. This paper will follow my design #1 (the one I chose). Then I will finish the project that same day.

My Source of Information

My source of information called (www.eatonhand.com/hom/hom033.htm) because it is very student friendly and it is very easy to understand. Also it shows very welll the components of the hand.

I also like this site because it is full of information and it is very descriptive and informative on the use and the function of the hand. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand)

This site shows the importance in hand because this site i a site for doctors who help with hand surgeries. (http://www.assh.org/AM/Template.cfm?Section=Hand_Anatomy)
